The project displays a hierarchy of interconnected spaces: from the main public plaza, situated at the intersection of the two main paths, to the shared courtyards that each building block has, to the private terraces and balconies. Thinking about the light/shadow dynamic, the tall towers are placed on the edge of the ensamble.

Height variations are introduced to create a pleasant and playful streetscape. The ground floor accommodates office and commercial spaces, with public functions ‘spilling’ outdoors. The car circulation / parking is limited to the underground level, leaving the entire ground floor pedestrian friendly.
