Lumen House is a compact contemporary residence defined by clean geometry, natural light, and sculptural calm. A central skylight opens the home to the sky, creating a vertical core that floods the interiors with daylight and connects the floors with a quiet elegance.

The interplay of dark and white surfaces on the facade gives the house a clear identity — bold yet understated. Inside, natural wood, glass railings, and lush greenery soften the architectural lines and reinforce the sense of openness and balance.

Designed as an urban retreat, the house prioritizes intimacy and light over scale, offering a refined and luminous spatial experience for daily life.
